MOVENIR INC. is the official and sole distributor of GoPro products in the Philippines, and is the provider of the Extended Local Warranty Program for official GoPro cameras sold by GoPro Authorized Partners in the Philippines.
GoPro HERO13 Black, HERO13 Black Creator Edition, HERO (2024), HERO12 Black, HERO12 Black Creator Edition, HERO11 Black, and HERO11 Black Creator Edition purchased from December 1, 2024 onwards are eligible to have an additional 1 year Extended Local Warranty on top of the 1 year Standard International Warranty (a total of 2 years warranty coverage)—upon successful registration.
GoPro warranty assurance, eligibility for support, and coverage are subject to terms and conditions, and is only valid for purchases through GoPro authorized partners in the Philippines, and will be based on the date of official receipt.

Warranty and service related process for Cameras still covered by warranty:

Make sure your location is set to Philippines. The business hours are as follows:

GoPro shall share with you the next steps in troubleshooting via email / phone / chat
If the GoPro agent grants a camera replacement, they will share the RMA reference # via your registered email, including further instructions.
Once a valid RMA reference # has been granted, the faulty unit may now be sent directly to GoPro (as per their instructions).
GoPro in turn shall then initiate the replacement once the faulty unit arrives at their receiving facility. The replacement product from GoPro shall be couriered directly to the customer address.

Camera must be sent over to MOVENIR INC. (c/o customer) for proper testing, troubleshooting, and inspection.
Once MOVENIR INC. determines the camera is indeed faulty and is covered by the warranty, a camera replacement will be issued.
Alternately, pre-approved replacement of faulty cameras via GoPro Chat Support may also be coursed through MOVENIR INC., as long as a valid RMA reference # is provided.

1 Year Extended Local Warranty Terms & Conditions
The 1 Year Extended Local Warranty (EW) is applicable for GoPro HRERO13 Black, HERO13 Black Creator Edition, HERO (2024) HERO12 Black, HERO12 Black Creator Edition, HERO11 Black, and HERO11 Black Creator Edition models only purchased only from GoPro Authorized Partners in the Philippines. See list of partners here.
The EW is in effect on the last day of the 1 year Standard International Warranty (IW), based on the date of purchase indicated in your receipt or proof of purchase.
The EW is non-transferable and is applicable only to the first hand user who purchased the camera from a GoPro Authorised Partner in the Philippines.
To avail of the EW, customer needs to register the camera within 1 month from the date of purchase.
MOVENIR INC. reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if the required documents or information are missing or manipulated.
MOVENIR INC. reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if the product serial number has been altered, removed or defaced.
In case of a replacement model is unavailable (due to EOL status or product is no longer available) the customer may choose to upgrade to a higher model, provided that the customer shall settle the price difference based on current and official retail price / market value (sale / promo prices are not applicable).
Cases / incidents NOT COVERED by warranty:
Damages due to product misuse or abuse.
Unauthorized opening, adjustments, repairs, disassembling, and/or cleaning performed on the product in whole or by parts.
Damages due to the exposure to dust, sand, fire, water, shock etc.
Damages due to the mishandling of the product, improper storage, improper care, inadequate safekeeping.
